For 16 years as a social worker, I’ve had the joy and privilege of supporting children, adults, families, and seniors through many of life’s most tender, trying, and deeply meaningful journeys. My work has taken me into homes, hospitals, nursing facilities, dementia programs, hospice care, and community settings.

Life can be challenging, but you don’t have to face it alone. As a Targeted Case Manager, I’ve helped individuals and families find the support they need by connecting them to housing, mental health services, medical providers, and community resources.

My hope is to be a calm, steady presence and make challenges feel lighter and help you see a clear path forward. I meet clients where they are, honor their stories, and work with them to create practical, realistic plans for growth and healing.

Every person I’ve had the honor of walking beside has shown me the beautiful strength of the human spirit — its resilience, its grace, and its deep ability to connect and heal. Caring for people is the purpose God placed in my heart, and I’m here ready to walk with you through whatever journey you’re on, offering compassion, care, and guidance with purpose and grace.
